At Param Tech, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. However, if you are not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy is as follows:
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only eligible for projects that have not been completed or for which substantial work has not yet begun. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of payment.
- Non-Refundable Services: Services such as digital marketing, SEO, and development that involve significant time investment or customization are non-refundable once work has commenced.
